AI platform will empower Valencia CF coaching and physio staff by flagging risk signals and making proactive recommendations to help players reach peak performance
PALO ALTO, CA., September 9, 2021 – Zone7, the AI-driven human performance platform, today announced a partnership with six-time La Liga champions Valencia Club de Fútbol (‘Valencia CF’) to optimize player performance and reduce player injuries.
Zone7 will analyze Valencia CF first squad players’ biometric, biomechanical, and positioning data, uncover injury risk patterns invisible to the human eye, and provide suggestions to help players reach their full potential with lower incidents of damage and burnout. Zone7 is designed to empower professional coaching and physio teams’ decision-making processes, not replace them.

Valencia CF is the latest high-profile team to partner with Zone7, which has amassed multiple clients across the likes of the Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, and other sports including rugby and cycling. The partnership extends Zone7’s growth momentum, having recently completed its Series A round of funding to expand operations.
